About WBS
In order to implement the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS), PT Tri Panji Puring provides a Whistleblowing System (WBS) mechanism as a reporting facility for suspected irregularities or violations of company regulations and applicable laws.
This system applies to all employees and third parties, including suppliers, contractors, vendors, guests, and all parties associated with the company's business activities.

Reporting Channels
Create a WBS Report
Submit a report of suspected violations, irregularities, gratification, conflicts of interest, or bribery safely and confidentially.
Information to Provide
- Reporter's identity (can be anonymous)
- Subject matter or case
- Nominal value or reported object
- Identity of the reported party or related parties
- Location and time of incident
- Chronology of events
Confidentiality Guarantee
PT Tri Panji Puring guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter's identity, the report, and all related data. The company also provides protection for reporters acting in good faith against any form of retaliation.
Every report will be followed up through a verification and investigation process in accordance with applicable procedures.
